Change leadership isn't black and white. There will be some days you do it well, some you don't. If you're about to lead a change that affects people's jobs and roles, this is a good place to start.

We need to tell people what we want to do, engage the people in the organisation to help do it, and be willing to challenge the status quo to get there. Direction, engagement and challenge. But simple doesn't mean easy.
