Support implementing change

We offer a range of services across the change lifecycle, to help you design and implement change that meets your business needs and helps ensure your people are supported along the way.

Diagnose what's not working

If you have something you know is not working in a team or part of your business - a problem with effectiveness, culture, organisation structure or engagement, we can help you quickly identify what needs to change, and some short medium and long term actions to resolve.

Prices typically range from $25,000 to $45,000 depending on the size of the team.  This is expected to be a 2-4 week piece of work.
    Indicative scope:

    • Initial assessment - meetings with team/staff
    • Full team workshop to diagnose and discuss the problem
    • Follow up meetings
    • Summary report
    • Plan with quick wins and longer term recommendations
    Indicative scope:

    This will involve a series of workshops with your team to evolve the final design together.
    • Understand issue and work completed to date.
    • Workshop to agree design principles and consider ideal vision.
    • Develop initial options and document decisions required
    • Workshop options and key decisions
    • Finalise future state document

    Facilitate future state design

    If you need to make changes to your organisation, we can facilitate the design process for you, helping you to develop a clear vision for the future.  Being clear on the destination makes it much easier to create an effective change plan.  Depending on your requirements this could cover an operating model or organisation design, as well as inputs, outputs or roles and responsibilities.

    Prices typically range from $30,000 to $60,000 depending on the size of the design and the type of organisation.  This is expected to be a 4-6 week piece of work.

    Change strategy and planning 

    Let us help you develop your change strategy or facilitate the development of your high level plan.

    • Desktop review of program documents (plans and scope documents).

    Change program review

    If you already have a change program in progress and want an independent view on how it is progressing or help understanding how to bring it back on track, we can help.  This can take the form of a Change Risk Assessment or a Change Program Status review.

    Prices typically range from $15,000 to $30,000 depending on the size of the program. This is expected to be a 2-3 week piece of work.

    All prices are quoted in AUD and excluding GST.  Prices and scope outlines are indicative and may differ  dependent on the nature and complexity of the specific problem being addressed.

    Content of the package based on your needs, incorporating training, coaching, and development of a change story suitable for your organisation.

    Luella Forbes

    Luella is a change leadership specialist, having spent 25 years working in large scale organisational change.    She was a Director in People and Change at KPMG specialising in organisation structure and operating model changes.  For the last 5 years has been a program director on large scale change in the financial services and healthcare industries, playing a significant role in Covid response for WA.  Most recently she successfully led a large merger transitioning assets, customers and people into an organisation.

    Luella is an IECL accredited coach, and holds an Exec MBA with a change specialism.  She is currently a Doctoral Candidate studying the role storytelling plays in change.
